Growing up as an athlete, I've always done everything in my power to be the best.  A major contributor was the way I've trained and my nutrition.  After my professional career had ended, I became certified as a Nutrition Specialist in 2009.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working with handfuls of high-profile professional athletes.  In 2018, my passion led me to get involved with meal prep.  In 2020, my company, Guiltless Food Co., was created providing flavorful, fresh, gluten-free meals to Riverside, San Diego and Orange Counties.

My passion for food doesn't begin and end there.  My whole life I have always been a "coffee lover" and enjoyed tasting and experiencing different coffees from everywhere that I have travelled.  When the opportunity came to me at the end of 2020, I purchased a small batch coffee roaster and that's how The Coffee Shop came to be. I have the privilege of roasting for phenomenal shops, businesses and individuals.  Every roast I pay very close attention to in being sure that the taste and experience will be on another level.
