Growing up as an athlete, I've always strived for excellence, not only in sports but also in my approach to nutrition. In 2009, I earned my certification as a Nutrition Specialist, and since then, I've been fortunate to work with numerous high-profile professional athletes, helping them achieve their peak performance.
In 2018, my journey took a culinary turn, leading me to dive into the world of meal prep. Two years later, in 2020, Guiltless Food Co. was born. We set out to provide Riverside, San Diego, and Orange County with a delectable array of fresh, gluten-free meals that tantalize the taste buds while nourishing the body.
But my passion for food extends beyond just nutrition. Coffee has always held a special place in my heart. Throughout my life, I've been an avid "coffee lover," relishing the opportunity to savor and explore different coffee blends from my travels around the world.
Then, at the close of 2020, a unique opportunity presented itself—I acquired a small-batch coffee roaster. That's when The Coffee Shop came to life. Today, I have the privilege of crafting exceptional coffee experiences for remarkable cafes, businesses, and individuals.
