The Coffee Shop Returns & Exchange Policy

At The Coffee Shop, we strive for perfection in every cup. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
- Errors on The Coffee Shop's Part:
- If a mistake occurs due to an error on our end (e.g., incorrect item description or order processing error), we will take full responsibility.
- We will promptly correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. Please contact us to initiate the correction process.
- Errors from Our Roaster's End:
- In the rare event of an error from our coffee roaster, such as wrong grind or incorrect label, we ask you to inform us immediately.
- We will replace the incorrect order and cover all associated costs, including the coffee and shipping fees. We will also ensure the replacement order is expedited.
- External Issues (Shipping or Other):
- For issues related to shipping or external factors (like package theft, damage during shipping, or disputes about receipt despite tracking information), The Coffee Shop will assess each situation individually.
- In these cases, we will work with you to find the best solution, balancing fairness and customer satisfaction. This may involve replacing the order at a shared cost between The Coffee Shop and the customer.
No Return of Coffee Products:
- Please note, we do not accept returns of coffee products due to health and safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products.
- Instead of returning items, we will find an appropriate solution to any issue you face.
How to Report an Issue:
- To report an issue or initiate a replacement, please contact us with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
- We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement order.
