Our Promise of Freshness:
At The Coffee Shop, every cup begins with freshly roasted beans. We roast each order upon receipt, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee possible. This dedication to quality means that the roasting and preparation process takes time, but the exceptional taste of our coffee is worth the wait.
- **Roasting Time:** Each order requires a minimum of 3 BUSINESS days for roasting. Please note that this period may extend to 3-5 business days during peak holiday seasons.
- **Delivery Time:** Once roasted, shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2-5 BUSINESS days, depending on the destination. Deliveries to Southern California usually take around 2 days, while deliveries to smaller cities on the East Coast can take 5 or more days.
- Due to our commitment to freshness and the custom nature of each order, expedited shipping is not available. This approach ensures that our customers receive coffee at its peak flavor.
- Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. However, an order will not enter our roasting queue until payment is cleared.
- For any changes to your order, please contact us promptly with the order number and details of the required changes.
Shipping Methods and Packaging:
- Orders are shipped based on the best method and packaging for the quantity and type of coffee ordered:
- 1 - 12oz package: Shipped via USPS 1st class
- 2-8 packages: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
- 9+ packages: Shipped via UPS ground
- The overall timeline from order to shipment is generally 3-5 business days, with an additional 1-5 business days from shipment to delivery.
